At Nobistart S.A.S. ("Nobistart") we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the information of our users at nobistart.com, in accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) of Ecuador.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email), browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, when applicable, identity verification data required by Ecuadorian financial regulations.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you information on projects, market reports and educational content; (b) respond to your queries; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Ecuador; (d) improve the site experience through anonymised statistics.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent, the performance of a contractual relationship, compliance with applicable legal obligations and the legitimate interest of Nobistart to continuously improve the service.

We keep your personal data as long as there is a relationship with Nobistart and, after its end, for the applicable legal periods (minimum five years for financial transactions, under the rules in force in Ecuador).

7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, objection, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to privacidad@nobistart.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales of Ecuador.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and periodic audits.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
