These Terms govern access to and use of nobistart.com, owned by Nobistart S.A.S. By browsing the site or subscribing to the newsletter, you accept these Terms.

Nobistart S.A.S., an Ecuadorian company incorporated in 2023, Tax ID (RUC) 1793225648001, with address at Av. Naciones Unidas E7-95 and Amazonas, La Previsora Building, Tower A, Floor 12, Quito, Ecuador.
2. Purpose
The site provides educational content on real estate crowdlending and allows visitors to subscribe to an informational newsletter. The subscription does not constitute a public offering of securities or a personalised investment recommendation.
3. Registration and subscription
By providing your name and email you declare that the data is truthful and that you are over 18 years old. Nobistart may cancel your subscription if it detects false information or improper use.
4. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, the "Nobistart" brand) is the property of Nobistart S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
5. Limitation of liability
The information published is for educational purposes. Nobistart does not guarantee future returns and assumes no responsibility for investment decisions based on the general content of the site.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent judges of Quito, unless Ecuadorian legislation imposes another jurisdiction.
